Barage Complect Ltd. has been performing construction and installation works on the grounds of Zlatna Panega AD since January 2002. As at the present moment, Barage Complect Ltd. has entered into contracts for performance of construction and installation works on the following sites: “Coal grinding plant”, “Reconstruction of a slag dryer” and “Making of exterior reinforced concrete walls to the coal mill”.

The coal mill on the grounds of Zlatna Panega AD has a flammability rating of B2a, due to which all construction and installation works on the site are being performed under the construction supervision of TUV Rheinland Bulgarien GmbH. The construction and installation works on the site shall include:

• Making and installation of metal constructions with zinc coating;
• Thermal insulation of the technological equipment;
• Inerting station for СО2;
• Compressor station;
• Hopper and dispensing of the coal PFISTER;
• Supply of a part of the technological equipment

The following technological equipment has been installed on the site:

• Spherical pipe mill 3,400х7,000 mm;
• Mill drive system, supplied by HUMBOLD WEDAG ZAB;
• Hose filter BETHPULS, supplied by BETH Lufttenchnik;
• IBAU pump IBD-251, supplied by IBAU HAMBURG;
• Auger transporter for transport of the milled coal;
• Mill fan and a fan for the hot gases;
• Pipe shift from the mill rotary;
• Pipelines for hot gases, etc.

With respect to the project “Reconstruction of slag dryer” Barage Complect Ltd. were contracted to perform the following types of construction and installation works:

• Interior construction of the combustion chamber and an elevator pit;
• Reconstruction of existing foundations and reinforced concrete slabs;
• Strengthening of existing reinforced concrete constructions;
• Making and installation of metal constructions;
• Hydro-insulation of reinforced concrete constructions;
• Thermal insulation of technological equipment.

The following technological equipment has been installed on the site:

• Drum dryer for drying of slag;
• Drum dryer drive system;
• Input chamber of the drum dryer;
• Bucket belt elevator;
• Dust cleaner and dust capture pipeline;
• Rubber transport belt for transportation of slag;
• Connecting pipelines, etc.

The technical equipment is supplied by PSP Engineering.
