The site Aerated Concrete Plant – Town of Dobrich was built as an investment of the company Ksela Bulgaria OOD. The plant is situated on a site of 100,000 m2, the main production body having an area of 14,000 m2. It was built over 11 months.
The construction and installation works included:
- Reconstruction of an existing production body, including repair of the roof, demolition of existing concrete foundations – 15,000 m3;
- Installation of new facades;
- Construction of foundations for facilities for new machines;
- Delivery and assembly of metal constructions;
- Delivery and assembly of technological equipment.
