The company was purchased by Barage Complect Ltd. in 2001. Sediment Privat AD is a heir of the company Balkanskal, incorporated in 1978. Its main subject of activity is extraction and processing of rock-paneling materials and secondary processing of crumbled fractions. The company owns five quarries in the Region of Lovech and a processing plant.
In addition to the extraction and processing of rock materials, Sediment Privat AD specializes in construction and maintenance of installations for extraction and processing of inert materials. The main client of the company in this respect is HOLSIM Karierni Materiali AD. During the last two years, two processing installations have been constructed on the respective quarries:
