Administrative and Trading Center Stamboliyski is situated at Blvd. Stamboliyski No. 55 in the center of Sofia. The modern design of the façade gives a new, fresh and modern appearance to the capital’s boulevard.

The construction is made of panels of reinforced concrete and load-bearing columns and walls.

The finishing works include the execution of plasterboard walls, suspended ceilings, external facades, central heating and ventilation, water-piping and sewerage installation, aluminum windowpanes, etc.

The building houses the embassy of the Republic of Ireland.
